Having a couple drinks with your girlfriends? Staying in on the couch for some Weedflix (Netflix and Weed)? Maybe jumping online and fragging some friends in Black Ops?
For some of you reading this, tonight entails something much more intimate.
So I gotta ask… Have you tried marijuana before sex?
In a Psychology Today informal poll, one respondent elated, “Marijuana engulfs me in sex foam. I’m just pure sex on that stuff. It’s great. I could never feel that way sober or drunk.“
So let’s take a look at what others have found…
In the mid-1970s, there was a study that claimed marijuana lowered testosterone by up to 50%. Although still cited, this study was factually incorrect. Soon thereafter, numerous studies commenced, releasing their findings in the late-1970s, refuting claims that marijuana lowered testosterone.[/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][fusion_builder_column type=”1_2″ last=”yes” spacing=”yes” center_content=”no” hide_on_mobile=”no” background_color=”” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” background_position=”left top” border_size=”0px” border_color=”” border_style=”” padding=”” margin_top=”” margin_bottom=”” animation_type=”” animation_direction=”” animation_speed=”0.1″ class=”” id=””][fusion_imageframe lightbox=”no” lightbox_image=”” style_type=”none” bordercolor=”” bordersize=”0px” borderradius=”0″ stylecolor=”” align=”none” link=”” linktarget=”_self” animation_type=”0″ animation_direction=”down” animation_speed=”0.1″ hide_on_mobile=”no” class=”” id=””] [/fusion_imageframe][fusion_imageframe lightbox=”no” lightbox_image=”” style_type=”none” bordercolor=”” bordersize=”0px” borderradius=”0″ stylecolor=”” align=”none” link=”” linktarget=”_self” animation_type=”0″ animation_direction=”down” animation_speed=”0.1″ hide_on_mobile=”no” class=”” id=””]

The next round of “marijuana and sex” research came in 1983. Researchers Ronald Weller and James Halikas conducted several anonymous questionnaire studies of college students. They found over two-thirds reported increased sexual pleasure and satisfaction with marijuana. Students reported that marijuana was a great aphrodisiac; touch and taste were particularly enhanced by marijuana

My Google-Fu says yes!
There are numerous conversations on the subject – a majority of people agree that it enhances sex. A small population, though, feels that marijuana kills the entire mood and sex drive. Keep in mind, marijuana affects our bodies uniquely. One person may find an indica leads to a mind-blowing night whereas another person believes a sativa is the best for a romp. [/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none”][fusion_text]It makes sense that marijuana would enhance sex. We know that it relaxes the body and mind (necessary for connecting with your special someone), alleviates pain, and heightens sensations (there’s a reason we crave munchies!). Marijuana’s effect on anxiety and stress, by themselves, can increases sex drive and the mood. Did we mention that marijuana consumers also have more partners?
In general, experiment with the indicas at first. These will bring you into your body and out of your mind… to truly enjoy the evening. Sativas, in contrast, may cause the mind to be too active inside in the moment and kill the mood. Of the stories I found in my research online, those who regularly smoked and rolled recommend avoiding sativass. For those who want to try a topical form, there are even marijuana-infused products.
Does marijuana make sex better?
