Return Policy

At Herbal Wellness Center, your satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing high-quality cannabis products and adhering to all state regulations.

Acceptable Returns:

  • Defective Products: If a product malfunctions or has a defect, we will gladly accept it for proper disposal and issue a tull refund.
  • Mismatched Products: If you receive a product different from the one listed on your receipt, return it for a full refund.
  • Mislabeled Products: If you suspect a product is mislabeled, we will accept it and report the issue to the relevant state agency.
  • Other: We may accept returns for additional reasons, following our established procedures.
  • Returns will be accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase. We will accept returns for recalls in accordance to the DCC guidance provided.

Upon Return:

  • You will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
  • We will properly dispose of product return per State Regulations.
  • Medical patients will have their remaining days’ supply or allotment adjusted accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Valid Receipt: All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
  • Original Packaging: Products must be in their original packaging.
  • Our Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
